Local rhythm
An evening logging rhythm in Korea
Many Mindflow Core learners finish work after the peak commute. Waiting until energy is gone to write a careful diary entry is how secrets sneak onto the page as shortcuts. An evening rhythm that expects fatigue works better.
Capture on the threshold
Keep the notebook near the shoe cabinet or kitchen counter — somewhere you pause before collapsing into the sofa. Two sentences immediately after a session beat a polished paragraph at midnight.
Use commute audio as a memory cue, not a transcript
Some learners record a fifteen-second voice memo on the train, then transcribe once home — omitting anything sensitive from the audio. The memo is a memory cue; the paper diary remains the durable record.
Protect quiet hours
If household members are asleep, avoid opening hardware wallets solely to “fix a log.” The diary serves life; it should not create extra unlocks. Note the skipped curiosity check and move on.
