Access hygiene
Logging without leaking
A Private Wallet Access Diary fails the moment it becomes a second copy of your recovery kit. The craft is to preserve enough narrative for future reconstruction while leaving unlock material elsewhere — ideally offline and never photographed into the same notebook.
Write verbs, not vaults
Prefer “displayed receive address on travel laptop” over pasting the address beside a PIN reminder. Prefer “confirmed firmware version against vendor notes” over copying serial numbers next to seed hints. Verbs describe sessions; vault contents belong in a different system entirely.
Run a redaction pass while the ink is fresh
In Wallet Entry Rituals we teach a sixty-second scan after each entry: circle any digit sequences, recovery-adjacent words, or screenshots. If something feels useful “just in case,” move it to your approved backup process instead of leaving it in the diary margin.
Household readers change the threat model
Shared homes in Korea and elsewhere often mean diaries are more visible than people admit. If a partner or roommate might skim pages, strip balance commentary and device unlock paths even more aggressively. Accountability does not require publishing how to open the wallet.
