A weekly access reconcile

Mindflow Core editorial · Not Financial Advice

Open planner with weekly layout

Daily capture is ideal; weekly reconcile is the safety net. Mindflow Core designs the Sunday pass for people who already know midweek will be messy — late trains, shared devices, or simply forgetting the notebook on the shelf.

Three columns only

List remembered sessions, written sessions, and mismatches. Do not invent precise timestamps you do not have. Mark reconstructed rows with a clear tag such as “recall-fill” so future audits know which lines are approximate.

Ask one household question

If another person might have opened a wallet, ask once: “Any access I should log?” Capture their answer as a steward note. Skip portfolio talk; this meeting is about openings, not markets.

End with a single adjustment

Change one habit for the coming week — maybe a phone reminder after the last subway stop, or a sticky flag on the hardware pouch. Tiny adjustments beat ambitious redesigns that collapse by Wednesday.
