Data we collect

We may collect identity and contact data you submit (name, email, optional topic, message), enrollment details if you join a program, technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), and cookie-related data as described in our Cookie Policy.

Do not send seed phrases, private keys, PINs, or recovery codes through our forms. We do not need that information to answer educational questions.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to inquiries, operate courses, improve the site, meet legal obligations, and — where required — with your consent for non-essential cookies or marketing emails. Where Korean personal information protection law applies, we rely on the applicable lawful grounds including contract performance, legitimate interests balanced against your rights, legal obligation, and consent.

Retention

Contact form records are typically retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing enrollment or dispute. Cohort records are retained for the duration of the program plus up to 36 months for academic and accounting continuity, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer retention. Server logs are generally rotated within 12 months.

Sharing

We may share data with service providers who host email, video classrooms, or analytics under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some processors may store or access data outside Korea. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and vendor assessments designed to protect the information to a standard comparable with applicable Korean requirements.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Security

We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of an education website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use unique passwords for any learning portals we provide.

Children

Services are directed to adults. If you believe we collected data from a child inappropriately, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting changes on this page with a revised date.
