By accessing this site or enrolling in a Mindflow Core program, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

Educational purpose

Content addresses Private Wallet Access Diary methods and related study habits. It is informational and educational. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See also Not Financial Advice.

Accounts and communications

When you contact us or join a cohort, you must provide accurate contact details and keep credentials for any learning portals confidential. You are responsible for activity under your enrollment.

Intellectual property

Site copy, templates, videos, and branding are owned by Mindflow Core or its licensors. You may use materials for personal learning under your enrollment. You may not resell, publicly republish, or train competing courses on our materials without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to distribute malware, harvest personal data, attempt unauthorized access, or upload secrets (seed phrases, private keys, PINs) into forms or community spaces. We may remove content or refuse service that creates security or legal risk.

Payments and pricing displays

Prices shown on this site are informational. Checkout is not offered on mindflow-core.digital. Enrollment contracts and invoices may be issued separately and are subject to those documents plus our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or fitness for a particular custody outcome. You remain solely responsible for your own security practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mindflow Core and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of funds, keys, data, or profits arising from use of the site or educational materials. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or ₩100,000 if you paid nothing through us for that claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Mindflow Core against claims arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your sharing of confidential material in violation of course rules.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
