Refund Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This Policy applies to paid Mindflow Core educational programs purchased through our enrollment process (not through on-site checkout).

Refund eligibility

Self-paced Notebook Seat purchases may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if less than 20% of module videos have been accessed and no downloadable template pack has been downloaded more than once.

Ledger Circle cohort seats may request a full refund up to 5 days before the first live session. After the first live session begins, partial refunds may be available as described below.

Timeframe

Submit refund requests within the windows above. Requests after those windows are considered only for documented service failures (for example, a cohort canceled by Mindflow Core).

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when eligibility criteria are met or when we cancel a program without offering a suitable transfer.

Partial refunds for Ledger Circle after kickoff may equal the tuition minus a ₩45,000 facilitation fee and a pro-rata share of completed live sessions. Archive Mentorship refunds after the first private session are limited to unused prepaid sessions at the mentor’s hourly equivalent stated in your enrollment note.

Non-refundable items

Completed one-to-one sessions already delivered
Third-party fees charged by payment processors when those fees are non-recoverable
Complimentary materials explicitly marked as non-refundable gifts

Refund process

Email support@mindflow-core.digital with your full name, program name, purchase date, and reason. We may ask for the invoice reference. Phone: +82-2-764-4326.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Funds return via the original payment method when possible; otherwise we will arrange a bank transfer to a Korean account you designate.

Cancellation by learner

You may cancel future mentorship sessions with 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture of that session. Late cancellations count as delivered for refund calculations.

Cancellation by Mindflow Core

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later circle or receive a full refund of amounts paid for the canceled sessions.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law are not limited by this Policy. If a statutory right provides a broader remedy, that right prevails. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution while we gather records.
